I have been in nursing for over 30 years. I have worked in long term care facilities as staff nurse, supervisor, unit manager, restorative nurse, and assistant director.  In home health and home care, I held positions of private duty nurse, case manager, and director of nursing.  Clinical experience includes geriatrics, pediatrics, rehabilitation, infusion therapy, vent therapy, and wound care.  I also have experience with quality assurance, infection control, standards of care, and case management.  I worked as pediatric independent provider.  I am familiar with chart reviews, care planning, admission and discharge from care facilities, home health, and home care.
